Elliot is always confused by this killer, it's really annoying.. Mafioso is a scary dangerous person like his Mafia-like name. He can snap the necks of survivors like Elliot with ease. That's what Elliot thought when he first met Mafioso. But no...

He completely..IGNORED-ELLIOT. As if he invisible, it's unclear why Mafioso would do such a thing to an easy prey like Elliot—compared to other killers. But it got so bad that Elliot had to directly intervene in Mafioso chases with other survivors. AND MAFIOSO? he didn't even seem bothered, he even be so careful that every time Elliot interfered to try not hit Elliot as if he was air..

And yep.. same thing this round, Elliot is getting in the middle of a Mafioso chase and a low health survivor. He tried to heal that survivor and tried to keep Mafioso from getting close to that survivor too. Mafioso kept his expression all the same, not reacting at all even though Elliot was interrupt him. Mafioso drew his sword, intending to strike the survivor with a well—aimed blow..But Elliot intervened in time and was injured.

“—!“ Mafioso immediately stopped his actions right after that when the tip of his sword pierced Elliot's skin and blood covered it. He pulled out his sword without hesitation...almost panicking. The weak survivor saw this and had already run away—Mafioso didn't even care about that now.

He remained silent as he stared at the injured Elliot in front of him with a unpredictable expression for a moment, his hand tightening its grip on the hilt of the sword before putting it away. Without warning, Mafioso pulled Elliot into his arms and hugging him very suddenly afterwards—although without any violence.

The air was silent, crackling with tense confusion. Mafioso said nothing as usual, but he hugged Elliot tighter a bit more.. For some reason Elliot felt a strange sense of familiarity in his heart.
