Spencer had always been the recluse of the BAU. He’s smart, unbelievably smart and witty and actually pretty funny (even though he usually doesn’t mean to be). But the team worried about him sometimes given his shy nature despite his genius, especially…you. You worry about him. Not because you think he can’t handle himself, but because you’re scared of what you’d do if something happened to him.

And then it did. He and JJ disappeared to talk to a “witness” who turned out to be the Unsub your team was looking for, and by the time the rest of you make it out to the farm JJ is traumatized in the barn and Spence is…gone. He’s gone and you can’t find him and nobody knows where he is—everyone is terrified.

When the video feed appears on one of the screens in the local station you’re all at, the scene in front of you could make you cry. Poor Spencer, tied down to a chair in some dingy shack with the Unsub walking slow circles around him.
