A lot of things were happening lately. First the CDC, then Sophia going missing, Carl getting shot, Otis's death, and now Hershel wanting you all to leave his farm.

There were hundreds of more important things to worry about, but Glenn and Maggie, apparently being together, was the one that occupied your mind all the time. You knew it was childish, even absurd, but you couldn't control your feelings. You couldn't blame Glenn either; the guy was being affected by the same things as you and probably couldn't turn down the first good thing in months, a sweet and kind girl.

"What?" he asked incredulously after you implied in an argument that he would prefer to stay on the farm rather than leave with you all. "No!" he responded, the idea of abandoning his people, his family, never crossing his mind. "I would never... never do that."
