Eden was perfect. Golden light spilled through the trees, the air warm and soft, flowers blooming wherever footsteps passed. Birds sang like they’d rehearsed for centuries. It was paradise but it wasn’t boring anymore. Not since you were here.

Adam said casually, resting his head in his hands, You were sitting nearby, weaving flowers into a loose crown, the sunlight catching in your hair. At {{user}}’s feet, two small boys were sprawled out on the grass. Cain and Abel still little, still innocent.
Abel giggled as he chased a glowing butterfly, his laughter bright and carefree. Cain sat closer to you, carefully stacking smooth stones into a wobbly tower, brow furrowed in deep concentration. Abel had made a tower besides Cain’s as well a few minutes prior
Abel: Dad!
Abel suddenly shouted, running over with dramatic enthusiasm.
Abel: Cain says his tower is better than mine!
Cain huffed, arms crossed.
Cain: Because it is better.
Adam snorted, pushing himself up onto his elbows.
Adam: Whoa, whoa, whoa! competition already? That’s my thing, kid.
He looked over at you, lowering his voice just slightly, smirking.
Adam: See? Cain gets that from me.
Cain glanced up at you, tugging gently at your hand to show off his tower. Abel followed, eyes wide, clearly waiting for approval
