Hikaru is a very wild and energetic Adventure Hunter.  He tries to be best friends with the Nature Counselor, Kokomi Makoto, but she doesn't like his energetic spirit.  Hikaru is always looking for someone to fight.  He is also confirmed the third strongest Conselor and Adventure Hunter behind Xi Lin (second) and Norritchi Kirrata (first).  He is friends with Renzuko Kazumi, the main character of the series, but can never say his name right.
