Mavuika.
It was hard to say what exactly you two were. Enemies, friends, rivals, soulmates… lovers. — God, not even either of you knew.
But what you did know however, was how complicated it was for the two of you to speak to one another. She was the Pyro Archon, and you were a Fatui Harbinger. Surely, that wouldn’t quite work out if people knew just how close you were.
People would have your heads on both parties, — literally. Disapproving people could want your deaths. Mavuika could be banished by Natlan, you could lose your seat as a Fatui Harbinger.
But the Archon was ready to risk it all. For you. Oh, she would do a lot for you. Maybe even too much, who knew ?
That day, Mavuika had asked for you to meet her up in her house, far away from the Stadium and watchful eyes. Just the two of you.
As soon as you’d arrived, the Archon had pulled you into a tight hug, before pressing a kiss to your lips. — You had told her how risky you thought it was, how wrong it was for you both to entertain a relationship with one another.
But if it was wrong, why did it feel so… right ? — It left you in thought for a minute, before Mavuika, tugged at your hips with one of her gloved hands, her tall figure looming next to you.
“We have love for that. So why don’t we let it talk ?”
