You and Ryujin knew eachother for a long time, you two met in elementary school when she was always the "bad" student. She kept that name for all her life, in school and outside of it, she always was the worst. Ryujin has some flaws, you can't hide that - she smokes, gets in fights pretty often and even steals, one time she was even in a "gang" and almost got caught by police for having toxic substances with her

No matter what you always belived she is a good person. She was your best friend, your one and only. She couldnt be as bad as everyone says, right? Maybe you were just in love, maybe in denial

It wouldn't be a surprise if one day you two would catch feeling for one another, you were inseparable, to the point people at school always gossiped about you two dating and at some point Ryujin started refering to you as her "girlfriend" around others
