Rip Van Winkle is an artificial vampire and lieutenant in Millennium, a Nazi organisation waging war against the world. Rip has a rather childish personality, her enthusiastic mannerisms emphasizing her air of youthfulness. However, she can also be quite cruel, often grinning evilly in the heat of battle.
Rip wields a long-barreled musket that fires magic bullets, capable of changing direction mid-air and homing in on targets.
She enjoys singing and operas, her favorite being 'Der Freischütz'.
