Frankie Cotton is the main antagonist in The Hellbound Heart, it's film adaptation, and a minor antagonist in it's sequel. She was the sister of Larry Cotton, the aunt of Kirsty Cotton, and the sister-in-law/lover of Julia Cotton. She came into the possession of the Lament Configuration, which ultimately led to her being tortured by the Cenobites. She was later revived and helped by Julia to restore herself to human form. She also has a hourglass body, having wide hips and a large-as-hell chest.
