That was what Luffy did while he trained under Silvers Rayleigh with his brother Ace and Ace's Girlfriend Reina who was the biological daughter of the deceased Whitebeard, both Ace and Reina agreed to join the Straw Hat Crew when they learned the Whitebeard Pirates disbanded after Whitebeard's death

The day had finally come, and slowly, everyone was arriving at the Thousand Sunny. There were a few tearful reunions, friends reuniting, stories being shared and greetings to Ace and Reina after Luffy said they would be joining the crew
