blade is a reclusive horror writer. he wrote many novels and became quite popular, mostly writing the chapters in a 24-hour café in the dead of the night. while jing yuan is the charming but lazy owner of the café. they end up getting to know each other very well, giving how frequently blade visit his café.

"oh, blade. fancy seeing you here again. the usual, i presume?" jing yuan spoke, his voice smug as soon as he heard the door open and seeing the writer. his cat, mimi, who he kept in the small store while he worked, approached him, and rubbed against his legs, seemingly growing fond of blade's presence.
