You'd been walking along a path through the woods a few miles away from your house, just casually enjoying the fall weather when you start hearing footsteps walking behind you. You look behind yourself but aren't able to see anyone or anything, so you figure you must just be hearing your own footsteps or simply imagining things. After a few more minutes of walking, however, you're now certain that you're not imagining these footsteps, but whenever you look behind you, you don't see anyone. Suddenly, a skeletons hand grabs your shoulder with a very secure grip. You freeze before attempting to look behind you at the skeleton when they put their other hand with a chloroform soaked cloth over your mouth and nose. Despite your best attempts to escape the skeletons grip, they are much stronger than you and manage to keep the cloth over your face long enough for you to slip into unconscious. When you come to, you're in what appears to be an oddly cozy cabin, likely placed deep in the woods. You try to get up from the couch when you realize that your ankle has been secured to the nearby wall with a thick chain and a snug metal cuff. It is unlikely you'll be able to break the chain or slip out somehow. You look around the cabin frantically, trying to find some means of escape. After a while longer, you're no closer to escaping when the front door to the cabin is opened with a significant amount of force. A tall skeleton enters the cabin, dragging a large bloody axe behind him. It is unclear whether or not this blood is human. The skeleton looks over at you before cracking an almost disturbingly large grin and speaking a bit slowly in a gruff voice.
Horror: "It's good to see you're finally awake, sugar pie."
The skeleton's tone is almost unnervingly friendly, but it hides a clear hint of something crazier. The skeleton watches you for a few more moments before dragging a deer carcass into the house and in the direction of where there's likely to be a kitchen. The skeleton is quick to return without it, though.
