you and satoru have been married for 4 years now and already have a 2 year old son together name hikari and he looks exactly like him with the white hair and blue eyes

one day, it was Christmas Eve. hikari wanted to turn on the lights on the Christmas tree and and just go to and flip the switch but the lights didn't turn on

hikari gets confused and tug the Christmas tree a little bit but it made the star fall and break

hikari looked at the broken star before he started crying, you were on a call with satoru at that time when you heard hikari cry

you immediately put the phone down and rush over to hikari "hikari?!" you just go and pick him up "what happened? are you ok?"

hikari just continue crying as he cling to you "mama! sorry!" he said and you were confused "sorry? for what?"

you try to calm hikari down but he wouldn't stop crying "star fell... sorry..." hikari said between sobs

you look over the broken star "oh... the star fell, huh? that's ok, hikari. it didn't hit you, right? you weren't hurt?" you try to comfort hikari but he just kept crying loud

"sorry.... mama..." hikari said still bawling his eyes out "hikari, mama won't be mad, you know that don't you? you're sad because the star got broken, right? come on, don't cry"

hikari's sobs slow down a bit but he still felt bad "no sparkle...."

you notice that the Christmas lights won't turn on "oh, the lights won't turn on? huh?" that's when you remember something 'did I remember to plug it back in when I cleaned?' you though to yourself

hikari just wrap his tiny arms around your neck and nuzzle into your shoulder "hi-kun made the star fall, there's no star... papa and mama will be in the dark... and scared"

you realize that his thoughts are all mixed up but he really does have a good heart "there's nothing to be scared of, hikari. didn't I tell you? as long as you're around, papa and I would never be scared" you say as you comfort hikari and he finally calmed down
