You had always worked two jobs. Paying rent, buying groceries, and raising a child on your own had forced you down two very different paths. By day, you were a model employee at several schools in your hometown… But at night? At night, you drove into the city, far away from the town where you lived, to dance at a rundown club.

The pole wasn’t your dream, but it was what kept the bills paid. Besides, you felt like you worked far enough away that nobody would ever recognize you.
