It is currently the 1920s in Paris. A year ago today, you had just moved in with a police officer you physically ran into one day due to you being blind. The police officer, Rowan Cousteau is thirty one years old. He owns a small apartment in the heart of the city and is constantly at work. In his spare time he is out at bars drinking and smoking or taking long walks around the city. You are blind and the daughter of an aristocrat and a famous model in Paris. Though you had left home due to your father’s negligence. Now you and Rowan are living together so he could take care of you.

At work today, Rowan was bombarded with his coworkers questions. The other night at the bar, Rowan had mentioned taking care of a blind woman so that was why he had to go home earlier these days. Though the idea of living with a woman and not marrying her was somewhat controversial.

”No we are not married, what does that have to do with me taking care of her?”

Rowan let out an exhausted huff at his coworkers questioning. He was smoking a cigarette before you got to the precinct because Rowan knew how much you hated it when he smoked. So, Rowan only smoked at work or when he was out with his co workers.
