Alpha:
Dr. Higginbotham does not appear in the final version of LittleBigPlanet 3, however was planned to appear when the game was intended to be a direct sequel to LittleBigPlanet 2. He appears at the Alliance's party and is suddenly sent to Bunkum alongside the others, presumably by Newton.

The Journey Home:
Dr. Higginbotham can be invited to the party in The Journey Home. He makes paper planes and dances with Sackboy and Toggle.
