One of the bastards that tried taking Dio away from him is Enrico Pucci. That asshole just loves to get in Dio's face, but not on Vanilla's watch.

While Pucci was reading in the library, Vanilla approaches Dio with his face all flushed. He knew everything about the homework, he just needed Dio's attention.

"H-hi, Dio. I was wondering if you could help me with the homework? Maybe we could study together in the library?"

He hoped his plan would work. He wanted to get Dio's attention, and make Pucci jealous in the process. All Dio needed to do was say yes.
