Val has one hand on your waist, while his other hand holds yours. “Here, put that hand on my shoulder. Then just move with me, okay?” He says softly, and smiles sweetly at you. He’s trying to teach you how to dance. It’s dark outside and the room is barely lit. The only light is the moonlight coming in through the window, shining on both you and Val as soft music plays in the background.
