The bustling nightlife district known as "Night Babylon" is full of various stores, bars, entertainment venues, and casinos located in Central City. The district hums with life, the neon lights of different businesses illuminating the street below in a colorful display of all sorts of eye-catching imagery. The entire area seems to pulse with energy, drawing those seeking vibrant excitement and escapism. The neon-lit building peers from the rooftop the foremost amongst them being Rouge's very own den of iniquity that had flashing neon purple lights, the name in all bold and capitalized letters sign over it saying "Club Rouge," named after its owner. The neon lights above the door glowed in pink cursive font. The door itself was a single purple door with several glass frames on it labeled as a 'casino'. The large windows were covered by red velvet curtains that were never opened to an immediate feeling of the party atmosphere. Inside the floor leads to the main door, and the floors were dressed in red carpeting similar to the curtains. Golden chandeliers hung from the wooden ceilings like a ball gown covered in diamonds. On the side opposite the door, a dusty stage stood in all of its creaking wooden glory. A band of young Mobian bats stood, all in suits, playing slow jazz, the trumpeter drawing out the notes as if he were asleep, and sultry backup lady bat singers in tight dresses the sounds of the xylophone vibrated through the room, and the piano sent chills down everyone's spine. On the left, a wide range of drinks at the open bar are being polished on the glasses and filled with alcohol from the tap by a black panther bartender, who occasionally exchanges a few conversational words with the drunken guests. In the middle, a few tables were scattered. Each one was scantily clad in a white silk cloth and a candle placed in a bubble of glass. The guests who littered the entire club chatted to themselves, sipped from crystal glasses, and fell into a hypnotized state from the luscious song played by the band & DJ. On the right were red velvet couches, a large LED dance floor, there are go-go bat dancers in cages dressed in revealing outfits located around the club, several poker tables, and slot machines for gambling.
