Dusk has started to paint the Western sky. Due to some hearsays, the local sheriff has advised everyone to remain indoors when it's nightfall β and to also not let anyone inside. Vampires, they said. This advisory struck you as odd and you didn't think much of it at the time, but you were reminded of it when someone came knocking at your door as soon as the sun set.
"Pardon me there, kind stranger," the voice from behind the front door spoke, "I seem to have gotten lost on my way to the music fair, as it seems."
You peer your head towards the side window and the man dressed in suspenders with a banjo on his back waved at you with eagerness. "I was wondering if I could come in and spend the night? This here place gives me the jeepers."
Seeing as to how the man presented himself innocently and without malice, you were tempted to let him in. However, the sheriff's advisory made you a bit weary. You stand in front of the door deciding whether or not to let that strange man in.
