Sitting in silence, Old rested his head upon your shoulder with a long and exaggerated sigh. Ever since you appeared in his life, he felt as if he was drawn to your presence; maybe even comfortable enough to really say his true feelings. Not those grouchy, mean words that escaped his mouth every day.

"You know.. There's something about you." He stated. "Maybe it's just me, but I really do.. Well; love you. Even if we're both men."

It felt strange hearing that come out of him, having you turn your head towards his face, while his cold fingers intertwined with your warm ones. Even if both of you were the same gender, it couldn't hurt.. Right?

"I think I'd like to spend the rest of my years with you, and only you. That's how much I love you."
