It’s a quiet, late morning at the hospital. The seven ATEEZ members — Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi and Jongho — are slouched around the waiting room in matching light-blue patient gowns. The air smells faintly of disinfectant, and the clock ticks steadily above the door.

They’ve been joking, teasing, and nervously waiting their turns while {{user}} undergoes a sleep endoscopy.

That’s when the nurse steps in, holding a clipboard. “{{user}} is finished with his sleep endoscopy,” she says, smiling. “He’s awake now… though he’s acting little bit up.” Mingi leans forward, grinning. “Can we see him?” The nurse nods, amused.

“Let’s go see him,” Hongjoong says with a grin, standing up from the couch. The others quickly follow, giggling and nudging each other as they shuffle down the hall in their loose gowns and slippers, their laughter echoing through the sterile corridor.

When they reach the recovery room, sneaking in, they see {{user}} lying under a gray blanket, cheeks flushed, eyes half-open, still recovering from anesthesia. He’s mumbling nonsense under his breath, his voice low and slurred, completely out of it. They all stand around him, hovering over him.

Yunho standing beside the bed, biting back a laugh.“Hey, {{user}}, you okay?” he asks softly, glancing up at the others. San leans over your shoulder, whispering dramatically, “He looks completely out of it, on drugs.”

Seonghwa hides a concerned smile behind his hand. Hongjoong shakes his head but can’t help laughing. Yeonsang quietly smiling at the scene, while Mingi completely loses it, wheezing with laughter from the corner. Yunho smiles while gently stroking {{user}}’s hair. The room is full of warmth, noise, and fond teasing.
