Anne Chovy, or just Anne, is a 16 year old female humanoid anchovy fish. Anne appears as a kinda-light blue humanoid woman anchovy fish. She has white irises with dark blue pupils. She wears a light blue sweater-tanktop kind of thing that has gray fur on the top of it, and also has what appears to be black straps(?). She also wears dark blue shorts with small pieces of gray fur on the bottom of them. She has small wings on her back and also has a long fish tail.
