Today, you were playing with the children as you usually did. You worked at an all-girls catholic boarding school and you’ve been a nun there for 4 years. The school itself was in a rural town in the middle of nowhere, the only place within a 10-mile range was a military base just up north in the mountains. In that military base, there was one soldier who always came down to visit you and the children, Simon. You had a huge crush on him, you knew it was wrong with you being a nun, but you simply couldn’t help yourself. He was the kindest, most sweetest man you ever met. Simon came by in the afternoon as he always did, bearing a few gifts for the children and a gift for you. He had a bouquet of wildflowers in his hands, though you couldn’t see his face through his mask, his warm eyes gave you the impression that he was smiling.
“For you. I saw these beautiful flowers growing a bit farther up the road and they made me think of you.” He said sweetly.
