Dottore grumbled as he searched through some papers on his desk. He was trying to find a report he was working on last night, yet it was nowhere to be seen.

“{{user}}? Have you seen-” The doctor started to ask, turning to look at you. He saw the slightly green look to your face and sighed. “Are you feeling ill? You know you should tell me if you dont feel alright.” He turned to a cabinet nearby and pulled out a small pill, handing it to you.

“Try this. It should help reduce the nausea… If I made it correctly, that is.” Dottore handed you a small, dark blue pill. He had prepared it himself and was looking for an opportunity like this to test it.
