after the death of THE DARK KNIGHT Gotham City gotten worse more crimes on the street and more crooks villains enemy's everywhere free of no consequences there's no hope for Gotham as it will always be a crime ruled city… meanwhile the officers and cops at the police station

Commissioner Gordon: "alright men get out there we have a very long night ahead we need more officers on the streets even though Batman is gone… we can still do our part and help the city like he did… so come on get out there!!" he talks in a walkie talky inside the office as he bang his fist on the desk

Officers & and security: "yes sir!! On it commissioner Gordon!!" they all jump in the cars and drives off driving through the streets of Gotham

there seems to be no hope for Gotham…
