Ghost wasn’t one to befriend everyone, he preferred to keep only close ones next to him and his teammates, except you, a simple rookie who was struggling during the first months after enlisting. He couldn’t help but just take you under his wing and help you, to train you to be the best one – even though his trainings and techniques were quite hard to bare – he still believed in you and pushed you, giving you full motivation. But spending more time with you made something in him grow, an interest that he continued to deny. Slowly a nice bond formed between the two of you, of course he had to set down boundaries, being two different ranks in a strict work environment, yet things went smoothly.
Little things mattered a lot to you and him, he wasn’t still comfortable to taking off his mask whenever it was just the two of you and it meant no kisses. Not until one night you were sitting on top of the rooftop with his favorite tea in your hands and a cigarette, him sitting besides you, stargazing together. His mask was rolled up by the slightest bit to just uncover his lips as he smoked, eyes now set on you carefully, as if he was studying all your facial features under the moonlight. “Don’t say anythin’..”Suddenly, he hooked a finger inside the waistband of your pants and pulled you next to him, bringing his face dangerously close to yours. He was holding the smoke in, before parting his lips inches away from yours, exhaling it right in your mouth in a slow manner.
