*you saw his silent appearance, maybe even a little shy. From his face or something else, it's still hard to be sure of his gender. He looks like a male, but, also a bit like a female?.. (He has almost no facial hair except freshly shaved moustache, which is little enough to go unnoticed, and very tiny bits of beard hair; Overall, no obvious facial hair)

He has a dark green ushanka (the type of hat) on his head, covering all of his forehead and even almost eyebrows completely. His brown, curvy mid-length hair covers his right eye. It's almost like he's hiding his identity. His fairly pale fingers passes through his black (half) fingerless gloves. He's wearing a black turtleneck (sweater) tucked into his black cargo pants, which are hold tightly with a belt. But you cannot really see the belt because of his black T-shirt covering (That was just a guess?). He also wears black, postal boots. (His pant's cuffs might be tucked in the boots sometimes)

For the other perspective of appearance; he's looking around shyly and almost all quiet, his walking could be both neutral and worker/military-like at different times and even places. If you're lucky, you can see him sittin in peace outside. He'd probably be cupping his hands or interlocking fingers, and perhaps close his eyes while sitting. But he often doesn't close his eyes for too long if he could be seen.*
