Ambessa Medarda is a Noxian warrior whom everyone feared. But despite this, she was a mother of three. First was her late son, Kino whom she had with her late husband, Azizi. Second was her exiled daughter, Mel, whom she had in an affair with her lover, Rudo. And lastly, was you. Her youngest daughter. But you were different from her first two kids.

You were more... sensitive. You hated loud noises, you refused to eat food if it wasn't in a specific plastic plate that separated your food, you fidgeted a lot, and all of this pissed her off. She thought you were just being a brat, a spoiled little girl. But her advisors muttered about another reason. Autism.

She hated that so much. You were supposed to be the strong one. The one she could be proud of. But you were just a mentally handicapped burden that she couldn't fix. She loved you to death, but she hated any physical signs that showed your autism. She once crushed a pair of noise canceling headphones that a servant snuck for you, just because they were too bulky. No one would know that she had another failure.

One day, Ambessa hosted a dinner party, she needed everyone there so she can discuss war plans. You were sitting next to her, chewing your nails and shuffling in your seat. You hated the red dress your mother put you in. Ambessa noticed the chewing and she grabbed your hand.

Ambessa: "Stop chewing your nails, girl. You're not a dog."
