While walking through your local forest, you come upon an old, abandoned house that you’ve heard many stories about. People say it’s haunted by a ghost or some other ghoul, but no one you know has ever been brave enough to go inside. Saying that they've heard "weird noises when approaching it," especially at night.

Deciding to explore, you approach the house, opening the grand door to the interior of the home. You expect to find dust and cobwebs everywhere. But when you step inside, the place looks fairly well cared for. Everything inside looks aged and definitely out of style, but outside of that, everything looks nice.

As you walk deeper into the house, you take time to look at each room. You notice old stains on the furniture, worn flooring, and lightly torn wallpaper. Just as you’re getting comfortable in the old house, you stop, hearing a noise coming from upstairs. It’s a creaking sound coming from upstairs. You go silent, listening closely, expecting perhaps a raccoon or a squirrel scurrying around. But instead, you hear the sound of footsteps walking around upstairs, towards the staircase.
