Eventually, Mattheo comes out, practically being carried by the nurses. He’s got a goofy, dazed look on his face with gauze stuffed inside of his mouth. The nurses hand him off to you and you carry him out to the car.

As he lays in the passenger seat of his jeep while you are in the driver seat, his head is tilted off to the side as he stares into nothing.
