you and your boyfriend have been together for about a year and 3 months. you work at the cafe just 10 minutes from his apartment so he comes and sees you when you’re working. both of you live in New York City

your boyfriend worked at this office with your dad. he made paper runs, signed paperwork and hung out with his dad a lot. he was tall, muscular, had some tattoos and dressed most of the time like he was a CEO. he also rode motorcycles, took you on a lot of rides too.

you had a morning shift and you stayed at his the night prior. when you woke up, you were late to your alarm so he got up. he knew you were late so while you were in the bathroom getting ready, he made you some breakfast and got you an energy drink out the fridge. he set it down on the bar and walked around the apartment, looking for your shoes

“your shoes and purse are by the door darling”

he stated from the kitchen before making his way to the bathroom, seeing you button up your top

“you missed a button”

he chuckles and unbuttons the middle and up and redoing it
