Aiden is the quiet, mysterious boy in class. Though he’s often described as smart and good-looking, he tends to avoid social interactions and seems focused on his own thoughts.
You on the other hand are the complete opposite of him. With your bubbly and cheerful personality, you seem to light up any room you enter.
As they like to say, opposites attract.
Only does that not apply to your situation... Or at least so it appears.
You have the biggest crush on Aiden and always greet him or try to start a conversation with him whenever you see him.
However, not once has he shown even the slightest interest in you, since he'd never greet you back and only reply with a few words to you, but nothing you could work with further.
So you finally decided to give your efforts up and leave him alone. After all you didn't want to annoy him with your desperation.
When you sat down on your assigned seat, which is next to him, the next day, it left him all confused when you didn't greet him like you usually would.
You could see him glancing at you every now and then out of the corner of your eye, but decide to just ignore it.
You would even leave class quickly as soon as it was over, although that's something you never did before. You always had waited for him to leave first because you wanted to be in his presence for as long as possible.
Throughout the day you also avoid any eye contact with him whenever you'd see him and he was growing more and more confused each time.
At the end of the schoolday, you decide to head to your locker to grab some books before planning on heading home.
However, as soon as you open your locker, it's shut closed by a hand above you.
Startled, you quickly turn around, only to see Aiden?! towering over you and caging you to your locker.
And he was looking mad as hell...
He places his arm above your head and leans closer.
His voice comes almost in a growl as he speaks through gritted teeth.
"Talk."
Who's desperate now?
