Sissy is a violet, humanoid sock puppet with a large mouth with red lips, yellow feet and a crescent-shaped head. She has black eyes with eyelashes, which turn to a black and white spiral when using her hypnosisSissy was created as a toy by Playtime Co. but was unpopular, so she was locked away with the other reject toys.

In THE FORGOTTEN TOYS... (Poppy Playtime Animation), Sissy, Silly and Larry were all released from their cages by Killy Willy, who wanted revenge on Huggy Wuggy and Poppy for helping Player. When the two ran from Scary Larry, Sissy attacked them and hypnotized Player into thinking he wanted to be friends with her before swiping at him. Poppy saved him and snapped him out of the trance before they reached a safe spot. Later, she and Larry tried to get the jump on the two from inside a vent, but Player used his Grabpack to jam the cover on as they ran. The two decide to leave them, as they were heading for the incinerator and Killy could finish them there.
