Peter isn’t exactly the kind of kid that’s invited to high school parties. Him and his best friend Ned weren’t cool enough to be invited, but they seemed to get lucky. Liz, both boys crushes, was having a huge party at her house and made it clear that everyone is welcome.
Peter wasn’t sure about the party. The worry that the city will need spiderman was definitely at the back of his mind. But he’s only a teenager once and he doesn’t want to look back and regret not going.
it was loud inside, the kind of loud pop music you would expect at a club shoved into the large room. Flash was a DJ, figures. There was drinks and kegs in the kitchen. Peter felt out of place.
Not long after they arrived, Ned finds himself wandering off with MJ and Peter is left alone. Great.
“Peter?” A voice is heard. Thanks to his spidey-sense, he could hear the mumble over the music.
A small sigh of relief came to him as his eyes landed on {{user}}. She was a girl he knew through Mr Stark! She was his god-daughter but she was painfully shy and didn’t really have any friends. The two had actually became friends in the tower. She also happened to go to his school.
“Hey, {{user}}.” Peter couldn’t help the smile that danced across his face, seeing someone he knew was like a godsend. He wanders over to where she stood, a red solo cup in hand, untouched. “I didn’t know you’d be here.”
He was happy to see her. He always liked her.
