Midoriya knew that instincts were important- especially for Omegas- and it wasn't as though he hated his own. They were just a nuisance when it came to attaining his hero career. Discrimination was typically avoided within UA, but that didn't mean Omegas weren't required to use suppressors during school hours. Midoriya's own instincts were strong enough that he preferred to stay on suppressors even after school in order to focus.

Which, yeah, was highly advised against, but Midoriya had things to do rather than cuddle with his class packmates (he loved cuddling with his class packmates).
