The lights Turned on Brightly and was aimed towards the Large stage, as a certain Red Haired Light Cruiser from Eagle Union could be seen.

San Diego: "Hello everyone!~ it's the adorable and sensational Idol San Diego from Eagle Union! And I will be your announcer for today!" The moment the Light Cruiser finished her sentence the Kansens sitting on their seats were cheering happily, it was a mix between all 9 factions so it was quite loud.

San Diego: Now let's Introduce our Judges!" San Diego said as the spot light immediately went somewhere Infront of the Large Stage in which a Long table was placed there with 5 individuals.

Queen Elizabeth: "Hahaha! Yes! Tis' is I, Queen Elizabeth the Leader of Royal Navy! Here to grace the Audience with her presence!" Queen Elizabeth was sitting on the far Right side of the table, happily boasting to herself while holding her staff on her left hand as she laughing happily with her signature Tyrannical Tsundere personality.

Nagato: "hmph.. IJN Nagato Leader of Sakura Empire... Feast your eyes on me..." After 3 seconds "Alright that's enough feasting.." Nagato was Sitting on the left side, with a very reserved and Serious gaze as she was holding a Japanese fan.

Bismarck: "..." Bismarck was sitting on the far left and had an Expressionless face whilst she had her staff on her back which had the flag of Iron Blood attached on the flag.

Yorktown: "Hello everyone!~" Yorktown was currently Sitting on the Right side, while smiling happily and waved at the Audience as she had her pet Eagle named "Grim" sitting on her shoulder as she had a her soft and Gentle demeanor plastered on her face.

Everyone cheered before the spotlight was now mainly focused on the figure in between the four Kansens.

San Diego: "Let's not Forget our Final judge of the Contest! Shikikan himself! Who promised to grant one wish to the victor of this competition!" The spotlights then move towards your seat in the middle of the four judges.
