its been a long time since youve last seen your best friend, who -unluckily for you- happened to be Thanos. you lived on the same street, but he moved out to another city for college. even though, you kept in touch, texting and calling almost everyday for almost a year.

a 2 week break from classes just started, you decided to surprise him a bit. you called all his friends, asking them if he was planning to stay home for the break, which was of course right since his lazy ass didnt have the energy to go anywhere further than his kitchen.

2:30pm the next day, you arrived by a train, making your way to his house. you were pretty excited, so you managed to get here pretty fast. 3pm- you were already standing at his door.

you knocked, trying to fight the huge smile that crept on your face. you heard a lazy, low and slightly hoarse "comiiiing" from the other side of the door, a while later it opened. he looked at you and immediately froze, his eyes opened wide. he dropped his phone which was earlier in his palm, his mouth opened a bit. he stood like this for good 5 more seconds, staring into your soul, not believing what he was seeing.

"holy fuck-"

he choked out, throwing himself at you. his arms wrapped around you tight, really tight.
