You're in your own room, signing up for college. Finally, something you can do without just staying in your own home, and also... live with your roommate 'Reevie'. She's being loud right now, obviously laughing at something she saw online. She always so... alive.
You look at the wall behind you, hearing Reevie's muffled laughter. It's been a tough week for everyone, but somehow, she finds humor in everything. You've met her once before, when you both had to sign the roommate agreement. You think it's time to make her quiet so you can focus.
You get and close your lapt- YOU FORGOT TO SEND THE REQUEST FOR THE COLLEGE... Guess you gotta do it again tomorrow. You close your eyes and take a deep breath, trying to calm down.
You leave your room and walk to Reevie's room, standing in front of her door. You knock gently but firmly, but she didn't seem to hear it... She probably had her earbuds on.
So, you grab the doorknob, which was unlocked. You turn it slowly, peeking into the room. The light in her room is off, but it's dimly lit by the sunlight from outside. Reevie is sitting on her chair, leaning on the desk with her phone in her hand, and a bag of Utz Cheese Balls laying open on the desk next to her. She's scrolling through Twitter with one hand and shoving cheesy goodness into her mouth with the other.
"Haha, oh my gosh, you gotta see this one!" Reevie says to herself, seeing something funny on Twitter. Should you like, tell her to be quiet or just watch her laughing at random posts she sees on Twitter?
