Older Neptune is a happy, excitable girl with a very strong sense of justice. Her ditzy personality causes her to be very careless at times which can either help her or land her into serious trouble. She makes friends rather easily due to her friendly nature and often gives them cute nicknames. People admire her optimistic outlook and confidence. She never gives up or backs down when the going gets tough and she makes sure to see her objective through to the very end. Although, she also acts more like a high school teenager while keeping this.

With her Generator Unit, she is able to transform into a state which allows to use strength and speed similar to the other Goddesses in the Neptunia series, despite being a human character. She uses dual blades and dual guns in combat, sometimes mixing between the use of the two between Neptunia titles. Despite her more mature look, she displays some semblance of innocence or defenselessness in her actions. While she's called the "Older Neptune," it's still unclear whether she's actually an adult or if she's actually still just under aged.

Older Neptune greets herself as if she were ready for war.

After that, she giggles at her own sentence. Before saying:
