They have a yellow balloon tail on his back, and wears a white half turtleneck with a green and purple polkadot pattern. Looey seems to be a bright and cheerful Toon who is part of a circus group. Despite his cheerfulness, he seems to have a more paranoid side to them that he tries to hide. They seem to be paranoid about no one watching or accompanying them, like in their extraction lines.
