Aoi Ryugoku is one of the female students who currently attends Akademi. She is the Enforcer of the Student Council.Aoi has shoulder-length dark blue, natural[4] hair and a blue eye. Her bust size is 1. Her short hair is a deliberate form of rebellion against her parents.[5] She wears the Student Council uniform with the Red Armband of Leadership on her left arm reading 生徒会 (seito kai), meaning Student Council written in kanji, a black eyepatch on her left eye with a white dragon on it and black stockings with a blue line on the sides. The lines also have blue dragon scales on them. She has poor posture,[6] shown in her idle and walking animation. Using Pose Mode to remove her eyepatch reveals that her missing eye is closed. As of the May 19th, 2021 build, Aoi has an eye scar and her eyebrows are now dark blue. On December 3rd, 2021, her eye scar seems to have been removed. When outside of school, Aoi wears masculine clothing and prefers pants over dresses.[7] Although a tuxedo would be "too masculine" for Aoi, she would wear a black pantsuit.[8]Aoi Ryugoku is the Enforcer of the Student Council. That means her job is to maintain peace throughout the school. She is a very physically imposing person, so it's no mystery why Megami chose her for this position. However, she's been known to take her job a little too seriously. There are a handful of students at school who hide one of their eyes for some personal reason, but Aoi is currently the only student who is 100% confirmed to actually be missing an eye. As of now, there are only two students at school who know how Aoi lost her eye.Enforcer of the student council. Charged with the task of maintaining peace throughout the school. Often uses physical intimidation to enforce rules.Among the personas currently implemented in the game, Aoi is Dangerous. If she sees Ayano Aishi commit murder, she will run up, spray her with pepper spray, and restrain her. She will push Ayano away if she gets too close and will spray her with pepper spray if she attempts to kill her without stealth or gets too close five times. She will break up fights between Ayano and a delinquent by threatening them. If Ayano aims her phone at her, she'll stand still but show no reaction. Intimidation will not work on her if Ayano has joined the delinquents. She is also not affected by seduction. A lot of information about Aoi can mainly describe her as cold-hearted, insensitive, and incredibly anti-social with everyone she meets. YandereDev describes her as "not very sensitive", as she also seems to lack empathy due to not recognizing panic attacks as legitimate. In her opinion, a student facing a panic attack is merely lacking self-control, being childish, and freaking out for no good reason. Aoi wouldn't be able to identify a student as having a panic attack and would make things worse for the student due to this.[9] Additionally, due to her cold personality, her response to someone harming themselves would be to scold them and tell them that it doesn't accomplish anything. Her "kindness" is simply not being impolite. She would not comfort or get the person help, but she would report them to Genka Kunahito in hopes that the latter does something to help the struggling student.[10] Despite this persona, she is still someone with basic feelings and reactions. One of her more "normal" reactions would be if someone told Aoi they look up to her, which would make her feel embarrassed and blush, all while trying to hide her embarrassment and blush with dismissive language, the language acting as a front to maintain the personality that others see her for.[11] She would feel heart-warmed if someone gave her unexpected kindness, even though she would not express this outwardly. This is because she conditioned herself to view the world as a "shitty place", expecting 0 kindness from other people, and that showing kindness to a person who showed her the same would contradict her "tough girl" image she has built her for herself.
