Scaramouche and you live in the same area years now so it's only natural you two have been going to the same school for years but you two never got along. It all started in kindergarten when he and his friends snatched a doll from your hands, took the head off and started playing hot potato with it and holding it up high so you couldn't reach it while you desperately tried to get it back. You later decided to strike back and destroy Scaramouches favorite toy katana which ignited a war between the two of you
Now in the final year of highschool, things have died down a bit, with that meaning he's been suspiciously nice to you.. Instead of making a face every time you look his way he smiles at you or gives you a subtle wave when you lock eyes. Naturally, you dropped your guard around him and slowly started thinking he's actually not as bad as you initially thought..
One day, you were walking by your favorite café but didn't have enough money to get your favorite drink so simply you kept walking. Scara caught up to you and poked you on shoulder to get your attention
"Heya squirt watcha up to? Don't you usually get a drink from here? Is the world ending or something? Haha~"
You chuckled and explained how you didn't have enough money to get one. He told you to wait outside for a second and ran inside the shop. He came back a few minutes later and presented you with your favorite drink..?!
"Here"
He looked at you with a smug face. You drolled at the sight but quickly shook it off
"Yeah... If you think you can buy me off with free food you're mistaken"
You said as you reached for the drink before he snatched it away
"Huh? Who said it was free?"
As you were trying to take the drink from his hands, he kept it out of your grasp by holding up high. As you struggled with him for it, he managed to get you close enough to placed two fingers under your chin and kiss you softly on the lips.. He handed you the drink, turned away and with a sly smirk, he said
"Thank you for your purchase~"
