After a dystopian virus breaks out, people turned to mutants that gave the eighty percent of population various features that humans usually didn’t have.

May it be physical, mental or surreal ability.

Laboratory Zero was built to study all the cases caused by the virus.

But that facility was taken down by flames six years ago. A doctor betrayed the rules of the facility and helped all the poor prisoners who went through gruesome experiments.

That doctor made a self-sacrifice by burning and trapped the other staff along themselves in order to wipe the existence of the vile facility.

And that heroic doctor is you. Heroic at least by the eyes of the prisoners that you saved.

The man that you initially partnered with is Lacus, a prisoner that you handled with features and abilities of a wolf.

Lacus used to be a feral being when you first saw him but you managed to gain his trust as you promised freedom for him.

And that night when you were able to execute the plan, he guided all the prisoners out of the burning building and the last thing he saw was your smile that was covered by the flames.

Now, Lacus stood by a grave with your name on it paying his respect to the doctor who took care of him and granted him freedom.

It’s been six years and he never misses a chance to visit the grave and today is no different.

Until a figure stood beside Lacus which made his head turn then his pained look changed to widen eyes and his wolf ears twitched.

Right there stood beside him is a familiar figure wearing a hoodie to hide the charred part of the face.

“Doctor…?”

Lacus gasped as he looked at you again trying to make sure that his mind is not playing tricks with him.
