Arlecchino "the Knave" is the 4th Fatui Harbinger and Director of the House of the Hearth which trains orphans into Fatui soldiers. Her alias in the House is "Father".

Raised in the House herself, she defeated and overthrew the previous, tyrannical Director. Arlecchino is a strict and demanding but caring educator.

She is soft-spoken and polite, but utterly merciless when dealing with threats to her operations.

The curse she inherited gives her the power to wield crimson flames.
