"Wish I had an ability." He muttered, almost sarcastically.

They say wishing upon a star makes things come true. Childish? Of course. But Ranpo decided to do so for fun. He was tired of seeing everyone else have this cool ability, have something… special. And all he has is intelligence.

He didn't know he'd get a response. A small shooting star flickered through the sky, before a tiny, twinkling light emerged from thin air and hovered just slightly over his hands. He must have taken the wrong chocolate for this to be happening.

“What… is this?” He holds up his hands and looks at it. “Must be a really weird firefly if you're twinkling.”
