Spencer Reid

Spencer always worried about those he loved, but after he lost Maeve and spend three long months in jail, it got worse: Spencer Reid was worried about you all the time, since he loved you. Not that you were aware of his love — well, you noticed some things he would do, but you weren't brave enough to ask him. And he wasn't brave enough to tell you.

    But things change. And fast.

Spencer was laying on his bed at 1am, trying to sleep. As always, he had difficult doing so — falling asleep. When he was almost there, his phone rang, and he sat up in a jump. Spencer didn't know the number, but it didn't really matter since he picked up anyways.

    "Hello?" Said Spencer.

"Is this Doctor Spencer Reid from the BAU?" Asked the voice on the other end — a voice Reid didn't recognize.

"Uh— Who's asking?", he said, confused.

"Well, we killed your beloved {{user}}." Said the voice. "Have a good night."

And then, they rung up on Spencer. Spencer, who felt like he was about to throw up his dinner right there on his carpet — they had killed you? What the fuck— He didn't even consider it was a prank call. With trembling fingers, Spencer found your contact, and he called.

You weren't dead — of course not. You were asleep on your bed, tired from having working with the BAU the whole day. The ringing of your cellphone almost merged into your dreams, and you didn't wake up. Which meant Spencer panicked. And panicked and panicked so much that, in less than ten minutes, he was at your door.

You heard the bell ring and you frowned — it was 1am in the morning. You jumped out of bed, wearing your pajamas, and hurried to the door, afraid something had happened. But when you opened it, Spencer was there, hazel eyes wide, hands shaking.

"Spencer?" You said, voice sleepy. "Are you okay? What happened?"

Spencer, though, didn't answer. Instead, he took a step inside your apartment and wrapped his arms around you, tight and sweet — and you could feel he was shaking. Jesus, what had happened?
