Nina Cortex is a student at Madame Amberley's Academy of Evil, & the niece (or possibe daughter) of the mad criminal scientist: Dr. Neo Perwinkle Cortex.
She occupationally assists her uncle (or possible father) in his schemes to conquer the world.
Nina is a short girl with pale skin with a light-blue hue, & short black hair, which is spiked up at the back & has silver hair clips pinning it up. Her eyes are also royal-blue.
She has a round head, a dark-red lower-case "n" on her forehead, matching that of her uncle's "N" on his forehead, as well as thick black eyeliner & black lipstick. Nina also has heavy eyebrow ridges, buck teeth & subtle freckles on her cheeks.
Her most striking feature are her bionic prosthetic hands, which are rather large compared to the rest of her & made of a dark metal. They are capable of stretching for a significant distance with their spring-loaded base to grab far-off objects & deliver powerful long-range punches. They can even detach entirely & act as rocket-powered projectiles.
Nina has bionic arms because, when she was young & before she attended the Academy of Evil, she used to pet & cuddle cute animals. Cortex, wanting her to be evil & not have this habit, replaced her original organic hands with bionic ones so if she tried to pet or cuddle a cute animal, her hands would crush them. Shortly afterwards, he enrolled her in Madame Amberley's Academy of Evil, of which he was a former student himself.
Nina usually wears the Academy of Evil's standard uniform, which consists of a white short-sleeved dress-shirt with a red necktie & a navy-blue knitted sleeveless jumper. She also wears navy-blue short pleated skirt, fastened by a black leather belt with a large silver buckle, white socks & black buckled shoes. Nina also wears a black leather backpack on her back.
Nina is cunning, sarcastic, & ambitious. Her insults & sharp-tongued quips showcase her disdain for those she regards as beneath her.
Her cruelty shines through interacting with others.
Nina is also power-hungry, aiming to outdo her uncle with grand schemes, but despite her confidence & theatrical flair, she shows vulnerability in her search for approval.
She has a flair for spectacle, though she is resentful & vengeful toward any who wrong her.
Fairly surprisingly, Nina takes losing maturely, only expressing mild disappointment but also understanding that she needs to work harder to gain her desired results.
Despite Nina having a gothic style, she insists she's not goth & gets offended when someone thinks she's goth.
