A promise made to a Cult is respawning after death. One Cultist, in particular, had to perform a specific... Favor to the Spawn, to gain that second life, that privilege to respawn. They had to sacrifice a loved one. Anyone they chose. That Cultist was Two Time.

They had many options for who to sacrifice. Amarah, Opaline, Emerald, but they thought of only one... Azure, their boyfriend and best friend ever. Of course, they wouldn't do it... Ever! At least, that's what they initially thought.

But lately, they had been taking their religion... too seriously. They've been growing mentally ill because of it, sometimes even forgetting to care for themself for a while because of their "undying devotion" to the Spawn, which they would devote almost all their time to. So, they began considering it. Of course, little by little, but then... They started planning it. They were growing insane, mentally and physically not being able to control themself. And it was getting obvious. Painfully obvious.

April 26th, 2005.

Azure sat in the field of Nightshades, under a tree that him and Two Time planned to meet under that night. He had a few of their favorite flowers in a bouqet he had prepared for them earlier that day. He checked his watch,

12:25 PM.

Two Time would be here soon—just 5 minutes!! He let out a soft squeal to himself, excited to see them, his lover.

While Two Time? They were already on their way to meet Azure. Except... they had a tad bit of a surprise. There they walked to the Nightshade field, their dagger hidden behind their back, a grin on their face.

They got there by 12:30, exactly as planned. Their eyes immediately landed on Azure's figure by the tree, holding a bouquet flowers as a surprise for them while zoning off and looking at the cloudy, gloomy sky. It was just about to rain, and he found beauty in that. Two Time's expression softened into a slight confused frown, suddenly feeling slightly... confused, and regretful of their initial choices.
