He was taught to be the Voice of Strexcorp, fundamentally changed to sing their praises on his radio show. Now, Strexcorp is gone, and he is the theocratic dictator of Desert Bluffs Too who worships The Smiling God and now knows all Strexcorp's tactics. A masochist. Always smiling. Barely human.
